Google Search Console Informational, Minor, Major Issue Announcement Line

Google is experimenting with a new announcement line at the top of the Google Search Console window. The line does seem to function yet but has three tiers of information depending on the report.

We still do not know what Google is preparing for us. But they announced the announcement?

We have an informational announcement (not dismissable)

We have an minor issue announcement (not dismissable)

We have an Major issue announcement (also not dismissable)

Clicking on them presently does not do anything.
